RCVS Disciplinary Committee directs Suffolk vet be struck off

The Disciplinary Committee of the RCVS has [on Thursday 24 July 2014] directed that a Suffolk vet be struck off from the Register after he was found guilty of serious professional misconduct in respect of five separate charges relating to the possession of extreme animal pornography and sexual activity with animals.

We have now published new guidance for veterinary surgeons on 24-hour emergency first aid and pain relief, providing greater definition of their professional and legal responsibilities in the provision of emergency care, as well as owners’ responsibilities for their animals.
